(Nasdaq: JZXN) (the “Company”) today announced that, following the completion of the $60 million initial strategic financing round on February 13, 2026, it is actively engaged in discussions with multiple existing and potential private investment institutions to further expand the private placement offering. Based on preliminary discussion plans, the proposed expansion aims to raise up to $100 million at a price of no less than $2 per share, to accelerate the deepening implementation and ecosystem expansion of its Digital Asset Treasury (DAT) strategy.

According to the Company, since the completion of the initial $60 million private placement, the institutional building capabilities and capital deployment efficiency demonstrated by the DAT strategy have continued to attract significant market attention.
